What Do I Need?

The contractor owner fills in the list of employees to receive residential contractor IDs, establishes his identity and has the owner application notarized. This establishes the primary reference for employees at this contractor business and provides for an owner ID card.

Each employee fills in their own employee application and either gets it notarized with their own Notary Public or brings the application to the ID Card Center with proper ID and has it notarized there (there is a fee to have the application notarized at the Center). The employee name is verified on the owner application list and an ID card will then be produced for the employee.
